These terms cover the akonlabs.com website, the open source GitNexus engine, and the GitNexus Enterprise offering from Akon Labs.
The GitNexus engine is licensed under PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0. It is free for personal and noncommercial use. The license text in the GitHub repository is the authoritative statement of what you may and may not do with it.
Commercial use of the engine requires a commercial license from Akon Labs. Reach out to founders@akonlabs.com to arrange one.
GitNexus Enterprise, whether managed SaaS, self-hosted, or air-gapped, is provided under a separate written agreement between Akon Labs and your organization. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement wins.
The content on akonlabs.com is provided for information. You may not scrape it at abusive volumes, attempt to break it, or misrepresent it as your own.
Benchmarks and statistics on this site describe our measurements at the time they were published. Methodology for the SWE-bench results is linked from the benchmark section.
The website and the open source software are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Warranties for Enterprise deployments, if any, are set out in the applicable agreement.
